Zen Series Chef Knives crafted with VG10 Steel in the core, surrounded by 66 layers of SUS410 steels, forged together to what we called Damascus steel. This combination provides exceptional strength, durability, and stain resistance, keeping the knife sharp and hard, maintains its functionality for a much longer time. Each Zen knife has a 60+ Rockwell hardness and is hand-finished at 16° per side for razor-like sharpness. With an ergonomic handle, it feels smooth and comfortable in your hand for easy cutting every use.
